Here’s a bit of my backstory:

After taking my first ballet class at the age of 20, being a professional ballet dancer was my life dream. It felt surreal to realize this dream 5 years later, and I was able to have a dance career across two ballet companies.

Fast forward to today, where I work as a digital product designer for a health insurance company. I enjoy the challenge of taking experiences that are complex, difficult, or dense with information and transforming them into streamlined products that are intuitive to use and easy to understand.

Outside of work, I am passionate about mentoring others, visiting museums, and nerding out on Sondheim musicals!

My approach to design is heavily influenced by principles of japanese design; the ability to balance simplicity and minimalism with such character and attention to detail is something I try to emulate in my work.
